Hawaii 2706 bill Deferred to 2016
After moving quickly through the state’s legislative committees with little opposition, SB1217 has been held unexpectedly by fifth and last committee, which means no vote on the bill this year.
The bill will be automatically carried over to the 2016 legislative session. The current session adjourns May 1.
We don’t yet know the reason for this reversal. As soon as it is available, we’ll append here and update Facebook and Twitter.
